Taking SOC experience to the next level, delighting NW customers with enhanced security capabilities across Prevention, Detection, and Remediation of security events and incidents, helping in keeping their security posture resilient and up to date.Working closely with UX, Architects and Engineering teams to get the most valuable features to customers. Prioritisation within the limits of technical and effort optimisation, intersecting technical, customer , and business success.

Working with NetWitness product on EDR capabilities along with correlation of data from Network/packet to better sense any threat inside/outside the organization.Incident and alert management, with centralized content management to ease the creation/maintenance of huge amount of content in their deployment.Building SaaS version of NetWitness on AWS, especially with NW Endpoint on the cloud- helping SOC team to better in Collecting, Detecting, Investigating, and Responding to threats/anamolies.

• For past couple of years playing the role of Product owner (PO) for my scrum team and have experience in understanding the feature requirement from the field as well as from Product manager(PM) and device the user stories and story point estimation with my scrum team and plan the stories according to available time/resource and continuously guide scum team toward the set goals and priorities.• Continuously engage with internal and external stakeholders for the new/existing features development and align the team towards the customer delights• Contribute to product by being active on forums, webinars and training our support staff and customers with the help of cool solutions write-ups and video-recording on the new features.

File system:• QA lead on testing in NSS file system of Open Enterprise Server.Responsibility included testing of the different filesystem features and utilities E.g. Trustee Model, 64bitZid(iNode), Delayed allocation, >8TB support,User/Directory Quotas, compression, Rebuild/verify, Salvage/Purge. • Automating the low level manual tasks with help of python scripting which will help in overall productivity of myself/team.• Experience and hands-on with sed,cut, Awk and grep Linux utilities for file content inspection and test improvements• NSS file system software runs on SuSE Linux kernel and have good understanding with file system kernel modules.High availability:• NCS- Novell clustering services is an file system and Linux services high availability for enterprise, experience of understanding and testing NCS on multi server infrastructure by thorough testing of disk and packet level heartbeatsCloud integrated storage (CIS):• Have contributed a brand new component in our product called CIS which aims in “storage tiering” between data on local storage to cloud storage. Worked in understanding the Docker services and testing the functionality and reliability of moving the cold data(less used data) safely from local storage to cloud storage.• Had demoed this CIS feature to customers through webinars with nice presentation to make them understand the new workflow
