Responsible for coordinating the development team made up of 18 developers, ensuring the software development cycle (deadline, quality, good practices, agile ceremonies), supporting the team with the elimination of impediments and facilitate conflict resolution, fostering a collaborative sense of teamwork, with good communication, transparency and continuous improvement for Telefonica’s high availability project GVP, a Netflix-like product with more than 8 million customers spread out in several countries and growing. It’s a complete platform and provides Telefonica with a solution that includes Hybrid TV (Satellite + Internet), IPTV and OTT (VOD, Live and Subscription).

Coordinating agile Software QA through some different projects, spreading the ownership feeling so that everyone, including the developers, focus on consolidating the product, delivering quality.
