In 2024 I am on a mission to see if LinkedIn can help me re-connect with the many people that have crossed paths with us over the last 20 years.I have had the privilege of working with most of the major financial services organisations in Australia, a few of the global FS giants, and had a front-row seat to significant industry transactions.My track record is focused on whole of business transformation, typically involves complex operations, and I am passionate about the people who dedicate their time to working on leaving organisations better than when we started.Typically I am known for:- Sitting next to the COO and working through how the organisation, people, and culture are going to adapt to change. - Designing flexible ways to migrate data, validate processes, and determining the recipe for getting to the next operational state. - Creating highly engaged teams of people who work within guardrails of effective governance and benefit in their careers from the experience.Outside of work I’m married into the firm…have two boys…a first born cat and spend most of my spare time pretending to be a chef.
