As an Extension Instructor, I work to improve the daily lives of Mississippians by:developing educational curricula and programs related to information technology, digital literacy, and online technology issues for clients.I provide educational workshops to the public on topics ranging from Basic Computer Use to Building Your Own Website, while also giving one on one technical assistance to individuals on the previously mentioned topics, tailored to their specific needs.

As a Regional Coordinator I help Mississippi participate in a digital economy by using broadband and information technology to further community and economic development opportunities.We work with small businesses, municipalities, and non-profits with their online presences. This includes websites, social media, location based services, SEO, and more.We also work to increase the digital literacy rate in the state of Mississippi and improve broadband availability around the the state. This is done through workshops ranging from basic computer/internet use to building your own webpages, one on one technical assistance, and community forums.
