I worked in a Call Center Industry for more than 9 years before I joined our family business. Working on the said industry helped me become a better employee and manager. I realized the importance of the so called "WIN-WIN SITUATION" where in as a worker, it is very important to know by heart that when it comes to decision making we should understand that customer, the employee and the business itself should benefit from the result. I knew and believed on the significance of RESILIENCE not only at work but in our lives.As I was able to work with our own business, I got a chance to be aware on the importance of balancing relationship with clients and employees. I was given a chance to learn more from different kinds of divisions that may affect a business.My interests include travelling with my son, I believe this would be beneficial for both of us, as this could create exciting memories and this will help us broaden our understanding with different culture, places and lessons in life.
