Prepare absentee reports and watch schedules/lists for the following day. Make on-the-spot decisions on all out-of-the-ordinary incidents and monitor activities in the field and provide technical guidance, assistance, and instruction to police officers, as required. • Provide technical advice and guidance to Desk Sergeant/Patrol Supervisor, lead police officers, and police officers in the enforcement of laws, rules, and regulations. • Plan and assign work to be accomplished by Police Officers/MP's, monitor the workload, analyze the methods used and results, and implement changes when necessary. • Ensure all reports are complete to include identifying, locating, and interviewing all witnesses/suspects, and documents statements in accordance with appropriate regulations. • Direct, screen and evaluate work performed by Police Officers to ensure compliance with policies, programs, priorities and gives approval for minimal deviation from the established procedures. • Directly supervise performance standards for Police Officers and evaluate their work based on established standards, as well as recommend departmental awards/bonuses for jobs well done.

• Tasked with the supervision of three, Emergency Response Teams (ERT) and two Designated Defensive Marksman (DDM) Teams and ensured that all Teams maintain reaction capability to provide immediate response to developing or occurring threats against the United States Embassy or United States Government facilities and personnel. • Responsible for ensuring that all ERT Teams were tactically ready at all times in terms of personnel readiness, weapons, equipment, information and intelligence. • Supervise and responsible for the overall planning and execution of Motorcade/ Convoy movements of over one hundred Embassy Security Force personnel to and from the U.S. Embassy on a daily basis. • My Supervisory tasks included but not limited to:-Administration knowledge in a Microsoft Office and Works-U.S. Department of State and Company appropriation checks of all equipment assigned.-Knowledgeable in departmental regulations and guidelines in safety and security-Direct work rotations and scheduling-Liaison between employee relations with company (pay and entitlements, contractual disputes, grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher level supervisor or manager, and quality of life and work) to ensure good order and standing.

• Supervise teams assigned to Special Reaction Team for Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River. • Organized and supervised the overall aspects of the team and its mission to the Provost Marshal and base installation commanders. • Developed Standard Operating Procedures as well as executed and recorded team specialized training in: Close Quarter Battle (CQB), dignitary protection, hostage rescue, barricaded subject and suicidal subjects, physical fitness, firearms qualifications, Initial Training Standards, and tactical development. • Tasked with developing preplanning operation strategies, planning and executing assaults and mission actions, controlling entry and sniper elements, procuring and managing tactical equipment, and preparing After-Action Reports that determined special needs and/or discrepancies of the teams' mission. • Administration supervisor of all team members to ensure proficiency in all USMC and Military Police quarterly and annual training and administration requirements like Proficiency and Conduct Marks, counseling and training binders, leave and rotation cycle, coordination with operations in joint tasking (Bike Patrol, Inter-agency operations, Patrol and MWD, and Military Police University)• Supervise and instructed Military Police University classes and in-service training to Military Police Officers in Police Emergency Driving, and firearms qualification, Expandable Baton qualifications, Responding to an Active Shooter training, high risk traffic stops, and room clearing. • Assisted with instructing Military Police University and In-service classes for over 400 Marines, and directly responsible for creating lesson plans, Power Point presentations, and examinations for each class.
