Coordinated work flow, production schedule, approval system to produce materials within deadline and budget.

Promoted from graphic designer in 2004, led creative staff and outside agencies to write, design and develop marketing campaigns, collateral pieces, advertising, direct mail and communication for 130 offices throughout the Southeast. Provided creative direction to maintain consistent branding throughout all markets. Managed sales support system and e-commerce inventory to provide tools for company sales force.
