Event Coordinator
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and attending all activities related to the daily operations of planning special events, including casino player loyalty events, client functions, and internal company events.• Coordinate all planning, scheduling, set-up, execution and breakdown of events• Direct liaison with the client and various internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Merchandising.• Manage all activities of pre-show work responsibilities, at show work, and post show work• Create show folders, binders, and overall show specific organization• Administrative Responsibilities- travel arrangements, show schedule, showroom layout, purchase show supplies, maintain survival kit and create travel itineraries.
