I am deeply committed to supporting professionals, entrepreneurs, teams, and organizations in addressing significant challenges through tailored projects and interventions. By employing customized scientific tools, I help clients expand perspectives, generate fresh and innovative ideas, establish robust partnerships, and take decisive action towards personal and organizational change. My competences are grounded in more than 20 years as a researcher in work and organizational psychology and economic development, which give me skills to understand 'why' in complex situations. They also rely on more than 10 years of consulting for public, private, non-profit and multilateral organisations, in projects related with conducting assessments and evaluations, with recommendations to improve performance. In conjunction with this pool of experiences, I have 5 years of mentoring young professionals and managers of social projects using tailor-made and co-designed approaches.
