Sr. Order Management Specialist
CurrentResponsible for entering Domestic and International PO’s into SFDC and NetSuite ERP system for all order types: Hardware, Renewal/License, Evaluations, Professional Services and RMA’s. Work with Sales, Deals Desk, Collections, Legal and Revenue department to resolve all order related issues. Successfully work to meet month end and quarter end and year end expectations in timely manner. Responsible for migrating existing customers from perpetual base to SAS Base/Term Life system. Monthly clean up of Professional Service report consisting of 900 - 1100 lines for various SKUS’s within 2 day SLA with less than 1% error rate. Act as subject matter expert on all aspects order management – PO requirements, approval, quote issue. Quarterly clean-up of Debook report consist of creating RMA’s and closing SO’s. Provide excellent customer service by investigating and responding to external and internal inquiries
