I have diverse engineering experience in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Instrumentation & Controls.I have mainly worked as a Process Engineer, but for a few years I learned the role of a system Instrumentation & Controls engineer.My Bechtel role was on a large government radioactive chemical processing plant design team.My Shaw and Samsung roles were in the Oil & Gas industry supporting the process engineering and utilities & offsites design teams.My role with Amec Foster Wheeler is in their SLC office, which specializes in Sulfur removal technology and regional process engineering support.Specialties: Process Engineering design in an office environment for grass roots and revamp projects.My goal is to lead by example and influence others to excel in what they want to do and accomplish their goals and dreams!Being on a successful team is so much fun and motivating!!Real Estate experience:2001 purchased land in WA and designed and built home with construction/conventions one time close loan with a general contractor. Sold in 2007 through a realtor. 2007 rented home in Katy TX2008 purchased home in Katy TX through realtor2010 purchased friend's home in TX with cash without realtors and then rented it through a realtor with a Lease/option2011 rented home in Katy through realtor2011 purchased home in Woods Cross UT2013 evicted both tenants for lack of rent payments while living in UT and obtained judgement on one2013 sold both properties. Managed 12K in fixing on one.Made money on all properties!
