Scope- Analysis and development of corporate bank systems.Achievements- Analysis, development and implementation of Banespa Museum Collection System;- Analysis, development and implementation of bank's payroll system (37 thousand employees) to replace the mainframe system.Main Results:- Dissemination of the Banespa Museum Collection to the remote public and not just to the Musem's visitors, making all collection (paintings, notes, coins, sculptures, rugs, tapestries and historical documents) accessible in digital form. This system was the reason for newspaper report of "O Estado de São Paulo" in August 29-31, 1996;- Adequacy of the personnel departments's operation to the bank's rules with implementation all rules in the system, reducing the risk of possible impropoer payments;- Increased productivity through the more userfriendly platform.
