I have worked in the business of aluminum application for two-piece beverage containers. Utilizing characterisation studies, support metal packaging innovation and environmental initiatives.Project development focused on the interaction between beverages and aluminum packaging, applied to new beverages, including pack testing and research of the interaction between packaging and corrosion in aluminum cans.

I worked on the Can Technology Center team, interacting with the Technical Assistance, Quality, Product Development, and Process team at the Pinda plant. I was able to design and assist with the following tasks during this time:Development of technical reports on the interaction between metallic packaging, such as corrosion on walls and lids.Management of laboratory analysis;Develop case studies and failure analyses to address customer issues.I also contributed by carrying out analyses using scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersion system (SEM/EDS) applied in corrosion studies for beverage cans.
