Additionally, the infrastructure was migrated from rented GPU servers to AWS Cloud, resulting in a 300% increase in MRR.The rendering process was initially centralized using a single binary executable file. This was transformed into a multi-staged, state controlled and resumable rendering machine also having capabilities such as task splitting, multiple GPU support, block storage, and integration with third-party video-as-a-service APIs.Additionally led Picovico's participation as an exhibitor at TNW (The Next Web) event in the Netherlands

Over a 8-month period, I conducted applied training in various data technologies to the the representatives from INSEC; trainings included Microsoft Excel, Ushahidi, Frontline SMS, Google Forms, and Google Fusion Tables. The goal was to enhance their capabilities in data collection, cleaning, recording, visualization, and achieve a designated report at the end.
