Developed report for revenue assurance, marketing and HR that saved the organization over 100K USD in revenue leakages, cost of stationery and consultancy cost.

Apam, Ghana

Management role with complete oversight of the IT Department of Apam Catholic Hospital, a major District Hospital with over eight other Departments. Administered, managed and maintained the hospital’s data network using Windows 2003 Server, Linux Red Hat, Microsoft Exchange 2007, and using other network monitoring tools. Optimized the network by employing fibre links from building to building and ensured consistent network availability for our mission critical systems and operations and drafting and operationalizing SLA with our support partners and suppliers.
