TSA owns and manages over 3,500 affordable housing units in Southern California; specializing in the development, acquisition, and management of affordable family, work-force, and senior housing.• Collaborated with the development team on tax credit applications for residential and retail developments.• Crafted a proposal in response to an RFP issued by the State Department of General Services for the development of surplus property as affordable housing and onsite tenant services.• Assessed potential site feasibility through entitlement, physical, and financial due diligence.

MacKay & Somps works with owners, consultants, contractors, and city officials to coordinate the design and approval of land development projects including single-family, multi-family, and commercial development.• Designed civil improvements, grading plans, and storm water quality plans for master-planned communities; coordinated approval of civil improvements with City staff.• Prepared tentative maps, plot plans, construction cost and bond estimates, and project specifications.• Teamed with consultants to develop CEQA documentation, general and specific plan amendments, and design review/site planning exhibits.• Collaborated with project owners to create exhibits for community outreach and City Council meetings.
