During my employment with the National Kidney Registry (NKR), I assisted in facilitating over 4,000 living donor kidney transplants. I have designed and streamlined systems used for tracking complicated swap configurations, transporting living donor kidneys, logistic setting, and customer service communications. I have organized and managed events with over 300 attendees and led a high-performance operations team. At NKR, my primary responsibility was to manage all logistics related to shipping kidneys from living donors. This included managing kidney swaps that fail in real time, ensuring backup plans are in place for all swaps with known risk factors, acquiring and cryo-preserving all donor blood and managing a GPS fleet used for tracking shipped kidneys. Additionally, I managed kidney swaps from the beginning stages of software matching, logistics setting, transportation, all the way to the end point of transplant. Moreover, I was a transplant center liaison, Project Manager and Data Analyst.
