As an executive at NSDL, the largest depository in India, I ensure legal and corporate compliance for various securities market participants. I joined NSDL in March 2022 as a CS management trainee, after completing my CS professional degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. During my training, I gained valuable experience w.r.t practical application of corporate laws, SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation, SEBI (LODR) Regulation. Further, Independently handled Baord and various Committee meetings. I also worked with Makarand Joshi and co, a reputed CS firm, for 10 months as a CS management trainee, where I assisted in drafting and filing various documents and reports for clients. I am passionate about learning and applying the latest developments and best practices in the field of law and compliance. I have strong skills in research, analysis, communication, and problem-solving, and I strive to deliver quality and timely services to my clients and stakeholders.
