• Interviewed ~35 people across 8 departments to collect data for the Measuring Stakeholder Capitalism report.• Conducted a comparative analysis between FY21 and FY20 internal sustainability hours of ~1600 EYCA employeesto recommend business targets and actions for FY22.• Created a 3 year phased implementation plan of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures.

• Created a new standardized naming convention for 13,000 parts in the inventory management system.• Used bill of materials to create a new database of parts in MS Excel to create an accurate inventory valuation report for the balance sheet used by upper management.

• Created datasheets and digitally designed internal price lists, product labels, social media posts, and website elementsto facilitate sales of environmentally sustainable batteries used in cases of emergencies.• Leveraged translation skills to update a 50-page pitch deck, supporting NUE’s expansion to Latin American markets.• Managed 3 person team responsible for writing a grant proposal worth one million dollars.
