Lending my talents to a completely new part of Intel for me in our Foundry Services and Supply Chain organization further optimizing our business automation capabilities. Helping rollout a new Salesforce CRM Service implementation as well as transition the organization to a new Agiloft CLM system, ultimately integrating the two. My goal is to aggressively drive out workflow inefficiencies and reduce the systems footprint for our organization. My kind of fun!

As a product manager for an HPC and AI developer sandbox solution is particularly challenging as we work hard to provide developers a space to evaluate the latest software development tools on the latest compute architectures. Given our small team, I am able to be involved with so many aspects of delivery such as UX/onboarding, requirements development and prioritization, planning, CRM operations, security auditing, business intelligence and vendor management.

After picking up ownership of a Salesforce instance through a company restructuring, I found myself needing to take on a complete redesign and redeployment of Salesforce. Leading the first conversion to lightning interface at the company and building a new team to support it all was an exciting and challenging undertaking. Our division's CRM platform to manage our vast ISV partner ecosystem was critical to our companies success and I was excited to lead. I built a small but mighty, nimble and smart set of folks to do requirement analysis, biz intelligence, development and administration and we knocked it out of the park. A lot of fun.

Thoroughly enjoyed this role as Technical Program Manager for an organization that is chartered with engaging the world of software developers to evangelize and enabled them to create wonderful experiences for their customers through optimized code and deployments of Intel technologies. The extraordinarily talented team I was a part of worked hard to create and manage one of the top developer program worldwide. From business process design and optimization to eCommerce, CMS and CRM implementations, so many interesting projects. I loved solving problems with technology for people solving problems with our technology.

I was brought in to achieve a single objective in this role...build a data quality program for our channel marketing team. The program needed to consist of a program team, framework for achieving data quality, and the tools to impact our database of record for customer information. Without direct reports this role could only be successful through influence and cross organizational teamwork. I established myself as a worldwide contact for data quality in the channel and worked to develop reporting to show our continuous improvement. Data quality in every industry is one of the hardest sustainable activities to influence and fund in any organization. After much success, the basis of this framework is still in place and became a model even after I departed the team. It was a true challenge and privilege.

This is where I grew up at Intel....taking the seeds that were planted during my education and developing my IT career. During this period I started out working with software development teams to land their applications inside a dmz firewalled datacenter as a systems admin. I soon was managing the production on-call team that worked to achieve 99.99% uptime for Intel's mission critical applications in 500+ server environment. Managing application upgrades from Windows NT in a complex, N-tiered, internal and external firewalled, SAN storage, various db vendor environment. It offering a unique challenge and wonderful learning ground for my continued IT career.
