Qualified as both an Electronics Engineer (BSc Hons) and as an IT Engineer (Microsoft MCSE), I have a very broad technical knowledge, and an ability to look at a set of requirements and see complete solutions.My electronics background includes experience designing and manufacturing processor based instrumentation products, power supplies and broadcast audio.IT experience started with building PCs from the very early days of the PC (when hard disks were optional), through to installing networks and maintaining business critical systems including those for radio stations operating 24/7.I have developed Active Information Systems into a business providing very high quality IT support with a high degree of interaction between Active and the client. This enables us to provide a very personal service, tailored exactly to the needs of the client.As MD at Active, my role now is to ensure that the team of engineers I have working for me have all they need to deliver this same level of service, whilst at the same time growing our business.
