Harsha is a successful 21-year-old social entrepreneur; a 3 times TEDx speaker and International Conference speaker; recipient of the Diana Award for Young Changemakers in 2019 and was recognized on Prestige's Top 40 Under 40 2020 List of Malaysia's most successful, innovative and influential young people.She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Ascendance – an international youth movement that works with over 50,000 students across 26 countries that helps students discover what they love doing, get real-world hands-on experiences in the fields that they are passionate about and create sustainable careers for themselves. Ascendance was co-founded by Harsha in 2015 when she was 13 years old.She also founded the start-up, StartMyName.com, a social impact venture that helps offline businesses take their first step online through fast, simple template-based websites. They currently have over 400+ clients across 4 continents.Harsha is also the author of the book ‘The Makings of A Teenage Entrepreneur’, which was released in 2021. She is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Pennsylvania, an ivy league university in the United States where she also serves as the Vice President of Finance at the Wharton Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Club.
