PRESENTATIONSeveral years ago I moved from working on purely technical positions to work on IT Services and Projects Management. Since then I’ve been involved in both, external projects for customers and internal company projects and always working hard, first, in the understanding the whole businesses involved on the Project/Service I’ve been involved by an active participation on the appropriate assessments and analysis, second, searching for processes and procedures optimization, and finally, always trying to prioritize proactive and preventive models over those purely reactive. All this by using theoretical frameworks (e.g. ITIL).On those Projects and Services, apart from the day to day progression, I have been also actively involved in commercial aspects, in evolving service models, best practices implementation, team managing, analysis and monitoring of KPI, SLA negotiation and in results presentation to stakeholders at different levels (Operational, tactical, strategic) even in multicultural environments. OBJECTIVESTo continue on that path and gain more knowledge and experience, to participate in innovative and big projects and Services, to increase my responsibilities on that, so that allows me to have a professional evolution that open me new doors (Either within Service/Project Managing scope or even into a Business Unit organisation) Always without discard change proposals if these involve interesting projects based on new, advanced technologies.
