CurrentDuring my 12 years at Acumen I have worked in all the different sectors of the business, but my main responsibilities lay in Contract Waste (brokerage) and the Asbestos Disposal Division. I have fulfilled many roles during my time, including Office Manager, Operations Manager and Divisional Manager. My latest and last role being Account Manager for the Asbestos Disposal Division, my main responsibilities being; - To operate as the point of contact for assigned customers- To develop and maintain long-term relationships with account stakeholders- Make sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion within set SLA's- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service- Collaborate with sales manager to reach prospective clients- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines- Keep records of client transactions
