I was able to save the company $20,000.00 in the first year by simply updating terminated employees off of the insurance plan. I was also responsible for the implementation of the new vision program. Worked closely with the safety manager to maintain OSHA requirements and properly document and process all workers compensation claims. I was also able to provide the employees with the opportunity to become part of local credit union.
