Manage the BI team in a caretaker role.Setup processes for BI team to migrate from old tools (Foxpro) to Oracle SQL. This included arranging a service agreement with ISTS, training in SQL for relevant BI staff, and documentation of standards (naming conventions, procedures, etc).

* prepared various reports ranging from pocket statistics to daily updated SATAC reports.* Developed process to get Cognos EP data into a cube for Revgen reports. Prepared complex reports for senior finance staff which pushed the limits of the reporting tool. Extra transformation of the data was needed in Oracle to produce the required look and feel.* Design, development and maintenance of various Cognos Cubes, powerplay reports and impromptu reports.* worked with the EDW project team to collect initial requirements and participate with the logical modelling process.

* submitted student Dest returns - this involved a complex process of liaising with Business units to clean the data and implementing Dest business rules locally (processing all done by Foxpro). * Data cleaning – wrote programs to identify DQ errors from the DestPac software and met with units to arrange cleaning of source data.* Prepared Pivot tables, custom data sets and adhoc reports using Foxpro, Access, Excel, ASP webpages.
