3rd-Level Application Support under ITIL- Technical analysis of complex incidents in production environments- Capture of business requirements for functional enhancements- Liaison with key stakeholders to manage expectations relating to resolution of critical incidents- Software development on IBM iSeries platform (RPG, CL, & SQL-based)- Management of small-scale projects / initiatives - from conception to solution design, implementation and support.

- Liaison between TD and Natwest Corporate Employee Services- Breakdown and payment of market proceeds from share-schemes- Calculation and booking of bulk FX orders to balance currency accounts, P&L reporting- In-house automation of daily processes (MS Excel / VBA)- Production and maintenance of procedural documentation
