Manage the day-to-day activities related to fulfillment of promotional support obligations and deliverables for the ACC’s Annual Scientific Session and i2 Summit. Oversees the management and selection of promotional item vendors, including their contracts/payments and other logistics related to the ACC’s Annual Scientific Session and i2 Summit. Handles all responsibilities associated with vendor management including, but not limited to, securing/confirming artwork, meeting production deadlines, coordinating deliveries/placement and other details that may arise, including requesting bids from vendors. Primary liaison with existing and new industry partners, including consumer, medical device and pharmaceuticals companies to ensure that contracts are followed and deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
