Responsible for the American subsidiary of Serac Group from France. Serac engineers and manufactures liquid filling lines for applications in dairy, beverages, home & personal care, as well as several other industrial applications. Serac has also successfully introduced a line of container manufacturing technologies catered for small to medium sized production volumes. Responsibilities included developing comprehensive strategic plan encompassing actions in all departments that resulted in significant revenues growth with healthy profits.
