Agile is woven into Uptake's organizational fabric. As a coach, I worked with a wide variety of teams – machine learning, web development, data ingestion, even human resources – to understand how Agile could best work for them.With my help, teams implemented Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban, or whichever methodology we decided best suited their needs. I facilitated agile ceremonies, suggested and implemented ways of measuring success, helped identify bottlenecks, and drove continuous improvement. Anything and everything that helped the team and the organization was fair game.

The Product Consultant role at Solstice is a cross-functional nexus. Over the course of three years, I worked in a wide range of roles with engagements of varied scope and complexity.Most notably, I worked as Scrum Master from the very inception of one of Solstice's largest and most innovative projects for a Fortune 100 client. From gathering initial kickoff requirements and assembling and growing a project team; to coaching and advocating for the development team; to reporting metrics and status to client and internal stakeholders; to facilitating and taking part in large-scale Agile Ceremonies; to building and leading training initiatives – I wore any hat required to deliver the client's needs.
