Responsible for maintaining brand standards across all areas of the business. This meant developing measurable standards for our product as well as our online presence. Designed marketing material and promotions for print and online media. Helped with managing the pizzeria, with an average year over year sales increase of 40%.

Managed the operation as needed. Created and implemented training manuals for all positions in the outlets. Assisted with the opening of a new sports bar & lounge within the property.

Assisted front desk in providing excellent guest service while ensuring the front office operation ran smoothly during my shift. Provided necessary communications to other departments within the hotel and resolved any guest issues that were brought to my attention.
