Ad (“Addy”) de Jong is the holder of the Kraks Fond Chair and Professor of Marketing at Copenhagen Business School. He obtained a M.Sc. in Psychometrics at the University of Leiden and a Ph.D. from the School of Economics & Business Administration at the University of Maastricht.His research focuses on: frontline marketing, circular economy, sustainable selling, service marketing, innovation selling, service innovation, value-based selling, marketing research methods, multilevel analysisAd de Jong is Associate Editor of the Journal of Service Research and serves on the editorial review boards, of Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, and the Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management.
