About Ad Maas

My professional career started in high-tech manufacturing at Fokker Aircraft, where I managed and acquired European co-operation / research projects. Within the Dutch contract research organisation TNO, I served as project manager, head of the Space dept. and manager of the M&S team. Next to technical challenges, the most complex ones always were challenges of co-operation, especially with people from different organisations. I managed to solve several of those challenges, yielding excellent project/department results and happy people! Nowadays, my energy is focused 100% on SPECTRAL Industries!Specialties and strengths: Innovation (creating simple solutions for complex problems), Organizing and motivating teams, Connecting people, Strategic out-of-the-box Thinking, Developing new business and start-ups.
