Ad (1968) is an experienced professional in the European central banking community with a broad experience at the central banks of the Netherlands and France as well as ongoing extensive experience at the European Central Bank, both in the fields of content and management. Trained as a macro-economist with a specialization in monetary economics and finance and working experience as a Senior Economist, Senior Liquidity Management Expert, Principal Portfolio Management Expert and Head of Section. Ad is well aware of covered bond markets in Europe, being the ECB observer in the Covered Bond Label Advisory Council. Being a former member of the Investment Committee of the European Central Bank, Ad was also exposed to the developments in the pension fund industry.
