Biederman Enterprises produce plastic grease cartridges, serving a range of industries, including oil and petroleum, automotive and lubrication. As the EHS & QA Manager at Biederman I am responsible to ensure that the company is in compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations that may affect the workplace, the employees and the community as well as monitoring and manage the company Quality systems.

Monarch Plastics manufactures plastic containers for Health Care, Food, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Home Care among other Industries.My participation at Monarch plastics is to lead quality improvement initiatives by ensuring that all department managers, supervisors and plant employees develop and maintain their part of the quality management system.I am responsible to perform Internal Quality and GMP Audits to verify the conformance of the company performance with the requirements of the company Standards. Also responsible in the creation and reviewing of the site Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining these documents according to the industry best practice and regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities include deliver training and mentoring staff and new staff in the company Quality System, Food Safety and Health and Safety programs.
