1/Manage and execute 10 Dior stores in mainland China, located in Dalian, Ningbo, Nanjing, Shanghai( Ladies, Homme & Baby)2/40% on visual execution, 40% on communications and reports, 20% on Visual Coaching.3/VM tools ordering and management for Ladies / Homme / Baby stores. Props developing and local souring / production for China Dior stores if needed. 4/Window animation follow up for ladies & baby dior. 5/Llightbox campaign management for Dior ladies, Homme and Baby Dior: 82pcs visual lightbox layout design / color proof check / installation arrangement. Work closely with Paris VM and local visual vendor. 6/In Charge of hoarding project: Work closely with project dept. and Dior Interior Design Company for hoarding visual layout design, production & installation.7/New openings preparation: merchandising mapping, display checklist, VM helper arrangement, tools delivery, window, visual, flower, candle , etc. 8/Event support: visual setting for Marketing event / CRM event / Press Day / Trunk show, etc.9/Budget planning and control. (year budget FCT)10/Be responsible for the Annual VM Training for instore VM twice a year.11/Crossing function team work with Retail operation, merchandising, marketing, store managers and store staff, store project team, accounting dept and Milano HQ VM dept.
