Ada was the principal consultant for the Diaz Consulting Group, a firm specializing in business and political consulting.She was the founder and former president and CEO of CommTech International, Inc., a Denver-based company providing customized learning programs to corporations and government entities. CommTech specialized in highly interactive multimedia training courses delivered on the web and also delivered technical telecommunications training throughout the U.S.Ada’s experience is in business management, most of it the telecommunications industry. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she was an executive for U S WEST Advanced Technologies where she managed the operations departments with over 200 employees and a $20M budget. Hispanic Business Magazine named her one of the “Top Latinas in American Corporations”.Ada graduated with honors with a degree in Business Administration from Regis University where she later served as a Regent. As an advocate of higher education, she has served in numerous educational boards, including the boards of several universities. She was also appointed to the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka through a nomination by President G. W. Bush.
