Based in India for the past eight years, I am a cross-cultural business professional dedicated to enhancing Poland/EU-India collaborations and advocating for gender equality in the business world. With experience gained from holding prominent leadership positions in India, I have a proven track record of successfully supporting business collaborations and communication projects. It was in these capacities that I have been recognized by the Europe India Centre for Business and Industry as one of the Top under 40 Europe-India leaders, instrumental in shaping the future of EU-India relations.In 2022, I took the initiative to create WICCI's India-EU Business Council, a pioneering networking platform aimed at empowering women in the India-EU business corridor, under the Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Within this forum, my leadership is dedicated to forging connections, driving collaboration, and promoting gender equality in business.I actively engage in discussions about Europe/Poland-India business opportunities at numerous international events, such as the Economic Times Global Business Summit, Bengaluru Tech Summit, and the Europe India Leaders Conference at the European Parliament. My efforts continue to drive collaborations and promote women's impact on shaping the EU-India business corridor.In addition to my professional engagements in India, I am also an Indologist with two Master's degrees in Indian Studies and Eurasian Studies from the University of Warsaw. My academic journey includes doctoral studies in Social Sciences, focusing on India, as well as international studies in Nepal, India, and Thailand. Proficient in Polish, English, French, and Hindi, I bring a diverse skill set to business collaborations.
