As Operations Manager, I expertly manage the day-to-day operations for this highly rated restaurant, supporting outstanding guest relations, supervising and training staff, and promoting high-quality food and beverage choices. I lead the planning and implementation of special events and produce and monitor social media content and marketing materials. My focus on quality service remains unsurpassed, for the clients of course, but also for the restaurant, as I direct store openings/ closings, hire and train new staff on SaaS platforms, and serve as troubleshooting point of contact.
