As Operations Manager, I expertly manage the day-to-day operations for this highly rated restaurant, supporting outstanding guest relations, supervising and training staff, and promoting high-quality food and beverage choices. I lead the planning and implementation of special events and produce and monitor social media content and marketing materials. My focus on quality service remains unsurpassed, for the clients of course, but also for the restaurant, as I direct store openings/ closings, hire and train new staff on SaaS platforms, and serve as troubleshooting point of contact. I’ve also honed skills in new business development, budgeting, facility enhancements, menu selection and pricing, customer resolution, marketing & sales, and guest / employee relations as part of my every day tasks. By developing and implementing more advanced/modern processes and procedures, we improved guest relations/counts and sales, and promoted new and repeat customer business, and increased total dining receipts.

Since I started as an Intern with Hope-Beckham in 2005, I have been fortunate for the opportunity to move up, learn, and grow with such an amazing company. In the Account Manager role, I led/oversaw the entire process, from understanding client needs, crafting project scopes detailed project plans, managing aspects of production, and driving the client relationship through every phase of work. I enjoyed working directly with high-value clientele, serving as their trusted marketing advisor and point-of-contact, setting and managing expectations, and holding them accountable for timely input, feedback and approvals. I collaborated and coordinated with supervisors to communicate campaign progress, milestones and general health of account, and responded to client requests/concerns with a sense of urgency and focus on resolution, always with honesty and transparency.
