Ciao!I think I do the coolest job- simplifying the lives of the users :) by creating usable and innovative user experiences. I am a Product Designer.Over 10 years’ experience in transforming digital products into user centered solutions. Managed team of 6 people in UX design both domestic and overseas. Vast experience in handling international stakeholders.Driving through leadership in UX design & product development for enterprise products. Passionate about UX, customer experience & innovation. Implementing solutions that are usable, equitable, enjoyable UX/UI solutions. I enjoy solving problems, improving customer experience, collaborating with people and hearing different perspectives.Believes in team work and supports diversity.I also believe in minimalistic designs but at the same time keeping users needs in mind. I follow User Centered Design approach at each phase to generate designs which gives the overall good user experience.I am summing up work into below points but my job involves more than this.- Empathizing with users, unraveling their pain points, and transforming complex challenges into elegantly simple designs.- Understand user needs and create actionable insights and personas enabled by user/client research and synthesize into tangible design solutions.- Lead wealth management project to enhance user interface functionality, resulting in increase in user satisfaction.- Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Stakeholders and Technology Partners both domestic and overseas.- Delegating tasks to associate UX team members and reviewing their design options.- Work with Research team, analyzing and brainstorming on the researched topics. Providing design inputs based on the research data.- Understanding user’s pain points and providing solution accordingly.- Work on agile framework and create design stories. Participate in PI planning meetings to review the design stories with Product Owners for the backlogs.- Collaborating with different Product Owners/ Product Managers to align the design decisions across different teams.- Focus on creation of reusable components which can be used across different teams.- Collaborate with Visual Designers to work on accessibility features.- Cross design review across different teams for different modules.- Optimizing the user experience based on the feedback and data obtained from Research team.
