 Assisted customers with purchases, product information, returns/exchanges, and general bookstore information at Casa Loma Campus bookstore.

 Conducted Cyber Routines (Backup, Patching, Anti-virus Update, Log Review, Account Review) in WindowOS and Incident Response Drill to maintain a secure Operational Technology environment. Performed vulnerability scan with the use of Nessus and Rapid7 to identify Operational Technology cyber assets’ security weakness & vulnerabilities. Reported the trend and remediation progress of Operational Technology Systems’ vulnerabilities to leadership with the use of Power BI. Communicated best practices, vulnerability knowledge, Security Standard (ISO and NIST security framework), to the working teams. Created automated workflows to streamline business processes with the use of Power Automate.

 Monitored Contractors’ performance in the installation and maintenance of voice, residential broadband and payphone services through monthly KPI review, ensuring SLAs are met. Provided Occupational Safety and Health & new product training to field technicians. Monitored service provisioning progress in different projects, e.g. Hong Kong District Council Election, Oxfam Trailwalker.

 Provided primary school students with the STEM education and basic coding capabilities - Using Scratch & MIT App Inventor.
