Developing new packaging material and negotiating price/payment term to achieve annual target.3. Make sure that all the work stick to company's purchasing policy, assist purchasing manager to optimize China purchasing process.4. Complaints management, keep good relationships between internal customers and suppliers.5. Audit suppliers, maintain qualified vendors list.6. Purchasing database reporting and analysis, assist purchasing manager to other relevant assignments.

Mainly responsible for the procurement of glue and other auxiliary materials and supply management. Major Job description as below: 1. According to needs, inquiry, negotiation, arrange samples, coordinate with relevant departments for pre-selection. 2. Coordinate with related departments to formulate the purchasing plan, implementation of supply security, reduce inventory costs. 3. Daily purchases, create PO in ERP system and implement it. Delivery performance achieves 90% on time. 4. Processing returns and other quality problems, coordinate with suppliers to improve. 5. Check accounts and invoices with suppliers monthly, follow up the payment. 6. Through the integration of suppliers, simplifying the purchasing process, cut 10% costs successfully. 7. Assess and manage original vendors, develop new vendors, build the steady and potential supply chain.
