I am a physicist with 25 years of experience in academia (in the field of Astrophysics) and industry. I hold a PhD in Physics specializing in Solar Physics. In 2019 I moved to the private industry sector where I started applying my experience to the digitalization of the Norwegian industry. I am also an Expert project evaluator at the Spanish Research Agency (AEI) and a mentor at the REBECA / EURAXESS EU program.I am a member of the Science Advisory Group of the EST (European Solar Telescope) project, as well as a member of its communications & outreach team. As part of these activities I have co-edited and co-authored two books on solar physics for general audiences, appeared in the media (radio, newspapers, podcasts) visibilizing the project and delivered public talks at universities and schools. Occasional contributor to El País newspaper.My colleagues regard me as an excellent communicator and an all-terrain asset. I have experience in leading international collaborations, management of research grants, communicating scientific work, student mentoring and scientific outreach.
