Senior Global Meeting Manager
CurrentResponsible for the overall meeting organization including all aspects of event logistics. Oversees the meeting planning like Direct responsibility for planning and executing projects and all relevant componentsAdhere to client policy on financial and compliance controls for all engagements.Adhere to all deadlines & turnaround timeline Counseling clients on best practices, and providing suggestions on how to make their engagements successfulLead team meeting planning calls for high priority and high complexity congressesMaintain the highest level of quality, professionalism, integrity and positive relationships when interacting with suppliers, clients and teammates.Responsible for selecting and contracting vendors and partners throughout the engagement and oversight of quality and service control standardAssisting with on-site training, new hire onboarding, implementation, optimization and development of team’s tools. Subject Matter Expert and will assist in providing guidance and direction on operational and financial tasks.
