As an Operations Specialist I have worked closely with all branch staff of the San Gabriel In-Store district to keep branches up-to-date with all bank regulations and audits, even during times when branches struggled with turnover. I was able to successfully assist up to 10 branches in their control of losses through employee training and mentoring. Also, during 2014 I was able to lower San Gabriel's In-Store Consumer Loan and Lease exceptions to the lowest number of exceptions seen by the district. I was able to achieve this by training branch staff, monitoring booked loan, and weekly review of loan documents. The operations role has allowed me to sharpen multiple skills such as fraud detection, problem solving, ability to work on multiple projects, and analyze data. Although I have been in the operations role for six years now, my experience in banking is extensive. I have held multiple positions within branch banking in the last 12 years.
