• Contact financial institutions, trade references and credit associations to obtain credit information to establish new customer accounts and to update current or previous customer accounts• Contribute to cross-functional, end-to-end solutions to improve cashflow and the customer experience• Regularly interact with Functional Leaders to provide financial support, verification of results and reporting• Analyze data, trends, drivers, and root causes in customer payment behavior. Create appropriate action plans to remove barriers to payment•Evaluate customer payments received via lock box to ensure proper posting to customer accounts• Ability to reconcile customer accounts, resolving outstanding deductions
