- Execute efficient and innovative promotion plan, via different media platforms - Builds up and maintains good relationship with vendors. - Provide support during ads event marketing activities. - Draft direct reports and coordinate all Marketing activities.- Follow up all the contracts process and commercial deals with vendors. - Plan and follow up the team-building and responsible for providing progress report to the general manager.

· Train and develop store managers/assistant store managers skills to maximize performance· Ensure the new team members/trainees receive regular feedback during the probation/training period and that a formal meeting is held to discuss performance· Managers performance of direct effectively· Assist and supervise the store managers/assistant store managers to manage all staffs· To facilitate the communication between store and office· Gives feedback in good quality to related department and Regional Operation Manager· Build a clear understanding of the importance of HIGH standards and purpose within your store team
