Key responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Training:※Recruit employees to support business needs, ensure smooth employment activities such as hiring, transferring, promotion and termination of employees, especially for seasonal roller-coaster hiring and lay-off needs..※Contract sign and renewal and Maintain all associates` P-file.※Do orientation for all new-hires.※Assist implement training on cultural building such as PepsiCo Values and CoC for employees.※Follow up all the training course from HQ, such as Career Development Action Plan of Pepsico.2.C&B ※In charge of monthly attendance calculation and track data of annual leave, sick leave and other leaves.※Calculate OT data monthly.※Support HR Manager to work closely with HQ C & B team and implement compensation and benefit strategy, policies and structures to ensure the rationality of C&B system from the perspective of internal and external environments.※Manage daily attendance related affairs.※Assure accuracy of monthly attendance calculation.3.Organization capability※Facilitate PMP, OHS, PPP, CDAP, MQPI, 360 degree assessment process .※Help ensure KPI/PDR rating and measure system※ According to PepsiCo guideline to assist in cultural building such as demonstrating PepsiCo values, I & D .※Take charge of quarterly lunch meeting.※Organize Outing, health check and annual party.4.Others※Timely complete weekly report and monthly report.※Disabled H/C track.※Support data analysis for HQ needs.※Assist arranging annual party, yearly physical examination and outing for employees.※Assist EHS manager to deal with related work injury issues.※Other issues assigned by HR manager.
