Provides guidance to headquarter and field project accountants and resolves project accounting queries when required.c. Oversees maintenance and filing of project contract files, subcontractors and other legal and financial documentation, and projects.d. Ensures all transactions are recorded in the accounting system, and assists the Controller in establishing project accounting setup functions within the accounting system.e. Participates in budget development of proposed projects with Chief of engineers to ensure optimal project budget.f.
