I oversee the development and implementation of risk strategies, frameworks, and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. I also facilitate the alignment of risk cultures, processes, and policies across group entities.Over the years, I’ve been responsible for delivering risk transformation programs, building and embedding effective risk management processes, teams, and enhancing organizational adaptability, resilience and sustainability. My expertise is in managing financial, operational and enterprise risks, as well as emerging risks and opportunities related to climate change and ESG factors.
